The High Country R/C Club is chartered by the AMA:
The HCRC Club flying field exists through the courtesy of the PLPOA, which allows the club the free use of the land. In return, all expenses associated with the construction and maintenance of the runways and tables are borne by the HCRC Club members, and no PLPOA funds are (or were) used. Any PLPOA member or member's guest may make use of this facility.
